Geoff Thomas – Insurance Broker (AR 389583)
Geoff Thomas has over 40 years experience as a qualified insurance broker in Brisbane, Queensland.
Following his completion of secondary school at Brisbane Grammar School, Geoff studied Law at the University of Queensland, during which time he worked in a Law office in the MLC Building in the Brisbane CBD.
He was introduced to Life Insurance during this time, and began his career in the Queensland Insurance Industry.
After a few years gaining experience in Life Insurance, Geoff became a licensed General Insurance Broker and opened Diford Insurance Brokers, as a member of the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers – C.Q.I.B.
Geoff has considerable experience not only as a highly qualified insurance broker, but also in processing new and existing business. He has developed many skills and contacts within the insurance industry which means he is able to get the very best insurance deals for his clients, as a highly prominent insurance broker.
Geoff is highly experienced and qualified as an Insurance Broker, with a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), and is the owner and operator of Diford Insurance Brokers. Diford Insurance Brokers is an authorised representative of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd, trading as CBN Insurance Brokers (AFSL No. 233750), and a member of Steadfast Group Limited (AFS License No. 254928).
He is an expert in all fields of general insurance, including personal and domestic insurance such as home and contents insurance and car insurance, commercial and business insurance, and liability insurance, holding Tier 1 Certification. And, can advise on all areas of insurance, accessing a large array of insurance companies, to arrange the very best insurance coverage for his clients.

Stephen is highly experienced and qualified in the Financial Services Industry, as an Insurance Broker, with a Tier 1 Certificate in Insurance Broking, and is a partner of Diford Insurance Brokers.
Stephen has been around insurance and involved in the business for many years, since completing his education at Brisbane Grammar School, and also has a background in banking and finance.
He is a qualified expert in all fields of general insurance, including personal and domestic insurance such as home and contents insurance and car insurance, business and commercial insurance, commercial motor vehicle and truck insurance and liability insurance. And, can advise on all areas of insurance, accessing a large array of insurance companies, to attempt to arrange the best possible insurance coverage options for his clients.
